Some of the most rewarding work we do isn't building from the ground up — it's transforming the home a family already loves into the home that finally fits how they actually live. This page is the gallery of those transformations.
We're growing this collection as remodels finish and as homeowners give us permission to share. Each entry will include before-state photos, the family's goals, the design decisions that mattered, and the after-state result.
Coming soon — first three case studies
Three significant whole-home remodels are wrapping in the next quarter. Each will get a dedicated case study page here with the full before-and-after treatment.
What makes a luxury remodel different
The same trade partners, the same finish standards, the same Branka-and-Edmir on-site weekly attention as our $2M new builds — applied to your existing home. We don't run a separate "remodel team" with different standards. The same team that built last year's signature custom home is the team that'll be reworking your kitchen.
That's why our remodel pricing is closer to a builder's than a handyman's, and why the result lives at the same level. Our remodel clients pay for craft. They get craft.
Common transformations
- Whole-home remodels: Layout reconfiguration, full finish refresh, often staying in place during select phases.
- Kitchen renovations: The most-requested remodel. Cabinetry, layout, hidden pantries, butler's pantries, integrated appliances.
- Primary suite expansions: Spa-grade bath + walk-in closet rework + intentional bedroom layout.
- Additions: Adding the room or wing the family didn't realize they could add. Done well, an addition is invisible from the outside — it just feels like the home was always this size.
- Outdoor living transformations: Pool decks, outdoor kitchens, covered loggias, sport courts.
Want to talk about a remodel?
We're selective about remodel projects — we have to be, because a remodel takes the same calendar capacity as a custom build does. If you've been thinking about transforming your home, the right first step is a conversation. We'll come walk through your space, listen to what's not working, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit for the project you have in mind.
